Position Title:
Program Analyst (COR III)

This is a Virtual/Remote JDA

Series:
Requested: 0343

Secret

Assignment Location:
Washington, DC

Qualifications required:
Attention to detail

Assures efficient and effective operations.

Budget and Acquisition experience

COR III certification

Experience achieving contractual requirements and program management objectives.

Serve as a Budget Business Function Lead (BFL) or Subject-Matter Expert (SME) to leadership

Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on contracts, task orders, or other projects related to data science issues or initiatives.

Assesses progress of contractors towards achieving goals; provides feedback to Contracting Officer and program office and leadership

Inspect and accept completed work on behalf of the government.

Assist the CO with completion of the performance evaluations of contractors.

Review invoices and make recommendation to the CO for payment.

Prepares status of funds reports for leadership.

Ensures budget documents are managed and properly submitted in a timely manner.

Implementing program execution and reporting, and financial management controls and briefing leadership.
