Dox Electronics is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team. The role will ensure
the daily functions of technology-related projects run smoothly, overseeing management,
scheduling, and delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and implement multiple large-scale IT Assessment projects concurrently.

Coordinate the work of cross-function teams, including security analysts, technical writers, and physical assessors.

Communicate project status with client and management.

Prepare and submit status reports, project issues, project deliverables to clients, and management.

Direct and facilitate meetings with team members and clients.

Direct and lead the work of technical staff.

Provide leadership to project team members.

Maintain ongoing, required project documentation.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required level of quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Information Technology or other related fields

Flexible with the constant change of project dynamics

Deadline and detail-oriented

Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

Project coordination and execution proficiency - including resource, timeline, and stakeholder management

Exceptional leadership qualities

Fluent with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

Proficiency with Smartsheet a plus
