- Lead store team members in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional clients.
- Supervise customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members adhere to customer service programs.
- Manage telephone inquiries in line with company policies.
- Oversee timely processing of online orders, transfers, and outside purchases while ensuring efficient handling of special orders and returns.
- Ensure accurate invoicing of merchandise and delegate tasks effectively to team members.
- Monitor adherence to work schedules, approve schedule changes, and oversee clocking procedures.
- Complete opening and closing tasks, including cash management, bank deposits, security measures, and vehicle security.
- Perform any other assigned duties as necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- RSS Certification.
- Previous retail sales experience, particularly in auto parts.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
- ASE Certification.
