Job summary
We are looking for a Senior ROW/Land Agent to join our team. As a key member of our land services group, you will be responsible for providing guidance to ROW Agents and negotiating with property owners and tenants to secure permission to enter properties.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. You must also have strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as experience working with Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities
- Assist ROW Supervisor in providing guidance to ROW Agents.
- Secure permission to enter properties from landowners and tenants.
- Negotiate for ROW options, easements, fee interest, and curative documents as directed by the ROW Supervisor or as required by project documents and the acquisition policy.
