Responsibilities
- Supervise Guest Services Operations Lead manage team provide guidance training support ensure smooth operations li Team Management Schedule shifts assign duties monitor performance ensure optimal staffing levels adherence protocols li Event Coordination Coordinate with event organizers understand entry requirements seating arrangements any special instructions li Staff Training Train guest services ticket verification procedures customer service standards venue layouts ensure well prepared roles li Quality Assurance Conduct regular inspections verify ticket takers following accurately providing excellent customer service li Problem Resolution Handle escalated issues complaints resolve conflicts address guest concerns timely manner Communication Maintain open communication channels facilitate smooth operations Safety Security Ensure compliance safety protocols emergency procedures promptly address security incidents or Training Development Identify training opportunities coach feedback needed Documentation Reporting Maintain accurate records attendance figures any incidents encountered during events Continuous Improvement Identify areas process improvement implement strategies enhance efficiency satisfaction overall guest experience Adherence Policies Ensure compliance company policies regulations governing ticketing operations Perform additional tasks assigned
