- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Perform general ledger accounting and reconcile accounts
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Requirements
Experience:- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles preferred
- Knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus
- Experience with financial statement preparation is a plus
- Previous experience in public accounting or corporate finance is a plus
