    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Influencing Key Opinion Leaders and front-line fighters in addiction disorders to expand BHG utilization in key target accounts.
    • Driving referrals within large, high opportunity targets across the assigned geography.
    • Engaging with peers, sales, ops and clinical leadership and others on large cross-department, cross-market initiatives
    • Coaching and partnering with sales leadership and operations leadership to identify targets and increase BHG market penetration.
    • Leadingdevelopment of account planning for CCPs, driving account strategy and execution
    • Preparation and supporting center community partners to build local relationships and drive referrals.
    • Strengthening community referral relationships by establishing high clinical credibility and reducing stigma
    • Developing regional influencers from within BHG clinical teams and working with communications team to deploy media relations and social media campaigns.
    • Operating closely with the Operations and Sales team to assure alignment of priorities and strong collaboration for success in sales and outreach.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
    • 5+ years of healthcare, business sales and/or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
    • Effectively serve as a mentor and growth leader that is engaging, focused and credible, with sensitivity to the unique requirements interacting in a health care environment committed to excellence in patient care service.
    • Previous knowledge of behavioral health and addiction disorders is highly valuable.

    In addition to meeting the qualifications, the ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

    • Must have sufficient knowledge of the substance abuse population, treatment planning and the field of human social services to work toward the rehabilitation of the patient community.
    • Aptitude for science backed decision making and use proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues.
    • Background of appropriately supporting patients and team members in stressful or other undesirable situations with an ability to seek direction from supervisors when necessary.
    • Efficient Self-starter with strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
    • High integrity and sound judgement; able to react quickly and make effective decisions.
    • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
    • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Demonstrate basic computer/word processing skills.
