    Job Summary:

    Provide advanced integrative health and wellness coaching to individuals and groups. Develop programming and materials. Provide training for clients, staff and community.

    Key Position Details:

    • As a wellness coach you will create and present live and online healthy lifestyle presentations. Expertise in supporting clients in learning mindfulness skills.
    • National certifications: NBHWC or NCHEC required within six months of hire
    • .5 (20 hours/week)
    • Day/ Evening
    • No weekend, no major holidays

    Job Description:

    Principle Responsibilities

    • Provide coaching services.
      • Collaborate with client to identify areas for development, using assessment tools.
      • Assess progress regularly, and adapt plan as needed.
      • Document client data in chart and in database.
    • Supports department activities.
      • Participate in departmental research.
      • Develop and provide training for clients, internal staff, and community.
      • Develop programming and materials.
      • Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in related health or psychology field required and
    • Master's degree in related health or psychology field preferred
    • 2 to 5 Years in coaching behavior change and group facilitation in health-related field required and
    • 2 to 5 Years in medical terminology required and
    • 2 to 5 Years in curriculum design and delivery preferred
    • International Coach Federation (ICF) certification WellCoaches or other ICF accredited and approved body Upon Hire required
