    We market our polypropylene and polyethylene resins under the Formolene tradename; we market our suspension PVC and specialty (dispersion) PVC resins under the Formolon tradename.

    We also produce and sell caustic soda, ethylene dichloride, commercial bleach and hydrochloric acid.

    MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    Job Description:


    This position is to monitor and analyze the performance of various plant production and maintenance units, to identify deficiencies, to ensure activities are to follow policies, procedures and guidelines.

    This position is also in charge of production budget review, incentive/value creation review, performance scorecard calculation, production performance reports, various cost analysis, and production issues troubleshooting.

    This position will also review improvement projects B-1/B-2/B-4/B5/PE-7 and PRs.


    • Review of production daily report.
    • Review of monthly operation deficiency report.
    • Evaluate and troubleshoot plant production issues.
    • Production budget review.
    • Incentive/value creation review.
    • Performance scorecard calculation.
    • Production performance reports preparation (quarterly/semi-annual/annual).
    • Various cost analysis.
    • Maintain material balance.
    • Monthly shutdown loss application review.
    • B-1/B-2/B-4/B-5/PE-7 review/study.
    • PR review.
    • Audit on procedure/system.
    • Perform additional projects or jobs assigned by the manager.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
    MINIMUM COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND/


    OR PRIOR TRAINING:

    • B.S. in Engineering with Accounting related background.
    • 1 to 4 years of experience in project handling, engineering or industry field experience.
    • Engineering analysis/design, project development and execution.
    • Continual development as required such as: Standard Operating Procedure, Master Training Plan, Legal and Ethical Training, and other internal and external training as planned, developed, and prescribed.
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.
    • Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
    • Minimal travel required.
    • Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.
    • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
