    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
    • Base Salary : $220K-$250K - based on experience
    • $100,000 SIGN ON BONUS
    • Will pay up to $130,000K in student loans
    • PTO Days - 7 weeks, increases to 8 weeks in year two

    • Bread & Butter Cases: no heart, no transplants
    • Typical Schedule:
      • Balance of Ambulatory Services and Inpatient
      • Choice of 8s, 10s, or 12s ( Flexible Shift/Hours )
      • NO CALL
