    A leading technology solutions firm is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to join their team. This opportunity allows you to become part of a company that has witnessed significant growth, with a remarkable 400% revenue increase over the past four years. The position is fully remote, with the requirement for up to 30% overnight travel to meet with clients. The client offers an industry-leading base salary ranging from $150K to $200K, and the first years total earnings, including commissions, can reach between $450K and $550K. Vacation, paid time off, and parental leave are also included, along with remote work equipment and access to a virtual personal assistant. The client also supports employees extensively and provides leadership opportunities for top performers.

    The ideal candidate should be based in the NYC market and have over five years of current B2B sales experience to US clients in the healthcare or financial sectors. The applicant must also have over four years of experience in large enterprise client sales and acquisitions, as well as three years in IT/software sales. Experience selling staff or team extension services is required, along with knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. The candidate should have experience working with early-stage software companies and a record of outstanding sales achievements. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates the ability to pursue and close high percentages of new and inbound leads and maintain a high level of social interaction for networking and client engagement.

    The role demands a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and deadlines, capable of comfortably presenting to all management levels, including C-level executives, product managers, and IT professionals. Experience with custom software development, AI and data science, UX/UI design, and cloud services are considered advantageous. Candidates should also have experience collaborating with multinational distributed teams.
