Job summary
The Senior Director of Finance will serve as a key strategic and financial leader for Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh Corporation subsidiary known for its innovation, advanced engineering, and prototype manufacturing capabilities.The successful candidate will provide financial leadership and partnership across Pratt Miller's three business units-Defense, Motorsports, and Mobility-ensuring financial discipline and strategic alignment that enable Pratt Miller's role as a center of innovation within the Oshkosh enterprise.
Key responsibilities include leading all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting for the segment; overseeing accounting operations; ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP SOX; preparing accurate timely financial statements variance analyses performance dashboards;
- Partner with the Pratt Miller CEO executive leadership team to co-develop execute strategies aligning with the segment's innovation enterprise objectives.
- Oversee accounting operations ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP SOX Oshkosh Corporation policies.
