    Are you an experienced professional plumber looking for a new opportunity with a focus on integrity and attention to detail? We are seeking a reliable, adaptable individual to join our team. As part of our maintenance department, you will collaborate with our dedicated staff and exceed expectations on a daily basis.

    Supervisor:
    Maintenance Supervisor

    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    None

    Position Status:
    Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, Regular, 12-month position.

    Hours of Work:
    Standard work week with occasional evening and weekend shifts.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Lead plumber on Facilities Department projects
    - Maintain, repair, and install plumbing fixtures and systems
    - Perform a variety of plumbing activities
    - Conduct preventative maintenance tasks
    - Ensure compliance with safety practices
    - Coordinate with contractors
    - Train other technicians
    - Maintain workshop area cleanliness
    - Perform other assigned duties

    REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
    - 5-7 years of commercial plumbing experience
    - GED or High School Diploma
    - Formal plumbing training/certification
    - Knowledge of plumbing systems distribution
    - Valid GA Drivers License and clean driving record
    - Basic hand tools required
    - Customer-service oriented
    - Strong time-management skills
    - Ability to work independently or in a team
    - Basic communication and computer skills

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
    - Perform various physical activities indoors and outdoors
    - Lift or move up to 75 pounds
    - Specific vision abilities required
    - Exposure to weather conditions and slippery surfaces
    - Work in a loud environment

    TRAVEL
    Local travel during business hours with potential for overnight trips.
