    Job Title: Home Dialysis Registered Nurse

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.


    This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated nurse to make a positive difference in the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that meet each patient's unique needs.


    Job Description:


    • Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed;
    • Provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families; supervise assigned team members when necessary;
    • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams regarding treatment plans;

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


        
    • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred;::\fiJimr      liRegistered RN license in New York State (or ability to obtain within six months); Basic Life Support certification - American Heart Association
