Highly respected Therapy Provider throughout NYC and surrounding areas providing services in the home, school and community is looking for Fee For Service Licensed Speech Pathologists.

Position is located in Brownsville, Brooklyn area, home based services in the daytime M-F. 15 hours of work a week.

Requirements:

• NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license + registration

• Previous home-care experience a plus

• **Experience providing services to minimally verbal children with Autism**

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with families and create a nurturing learning environment in school, home and community settings

• Engage with caregivers to maintain consistent weekly therapeutic schedules

• Maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual paperwork including daily session notes, progress reports and annual reviews

• Provide treatment to school age children with diagnoses of Autism, ODD, ADHD and

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients

• Provide therapy sessions to clients to improve their speech and language skills

• Monitor and document progress of clients throughout the treatment process

• Collaborate with other education and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

• Ability to work well independently

Job Types: Part-time, fee for service
Salary: $125.00 per hour, fee for service

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends a plus
