    Responsibilities

    • Manage complex databases and supervise report generation.
    • Create meaningful metrics for key system functionality, opportunities for improvement and innovation, user needs assessments, compliance, and other usage-related processes.
    • Produce presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities and monitor changes.
    • Use SQL and other analytical technology to collect and manage data, providing in-depth analysis to support business operations and meet operational and strategic goals.
    • Collect data around projects and services in the area of expertise, making suggestions for improvement or enhancement of current services.
    • Research best practices for clinical and workflow practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 2-5 years of experience
    • RHIA/RHIT certification preferred
