Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong background in commercial construction, specifically within healthcare environments.This role will lead preconstruction and estimating efforts on healthcare projects ranging from $5 million to $25 million.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimating efforts on commercial healthcare projects valued between $5M-$25M
- Prepare detailed conceptual,schematic,and GMP estimates
- Presents estimates to leadership and clients with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure smooth handoff from preconstruction to operations
