    The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Guest Service Attendants to join our team at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.

    As a Guest Service, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs. This is a per-event paid position with compensation of $87.50 per event.

    The hourly rate shown is for reference only and reflects a breakdown of the guaranteed event pay, which is based on a 7-hour event day.

    What will you do?Set up and Prepare food station with all the proper equipment and utensils for the event Ensure that all food is at the station as well as back up items for service.

    Food should be up to company and manager/chef standards Anticipate guests needs as they approach the stations, following all Guest Path standardsMaintain station and club cleanliness throughout the event Be able to follow all set up and break down procedures while give the best guest experience possible More about youNo high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment requiredPrevious experience in Food and Beverage or Hospitality is preferredPhysical requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shiftExposure to variable temperatures May be required to work in narrow spacesShift detailsDaysEveningsOn callHolidaysM
