    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Successful candidate should havespecific experience with LabWare LIMS (version 7 or higher).They will have a firm and detailedtechnical grasp of the application, its capabilities, and industrystandard implementations.Theywill have a thorough understanding of key modules including, but notlimited to, Lot Manager, SRIM and Reporting.Furthermore, they should haveexperience with key configuration concepts for Product, Item Code,Sample Plan and analysis tables.
    • The candidate should have a thoroughunderstanding of pharmaceutical / biotech laboratory business processespecially with respect to raw materials (incoming materials) andpackaging components.Conceptssuch as compendial testing, skip lot, sampling, goods receipt, andretain management are a must-have.
    • The candidate should have specificknowledge of Business Analysis in order to direct BAs, developers, andvendor consultants.They musthave a good understanding of user and functional requirements related toRaw Materials business processes configured in LabWare LIMS.
    • The candidate ideally will haveexperience with previous implementations of Raw Material processes inLabWare LIMS and be able to provide direction on industry standard/bestpractices.
    • Knowledge of and experience with AgileProduct Management including key concepts required to maintain strictcontrol of scope and schedule.Familiar with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

    • Work with colleagues frommulti-disciplinary backgrounds, sites, countries, and cultures to set aclear and cohesive strategy and be able to work seamlessly regardless.
    • Drive and write clear, concise andintuitive user stories that focus on the user outcomes you want to drive
    • Play the role of the Product Owneras required during development sprints, making decisions in a timelymanner.
    • Work as a servant-leader, reducingdependencies, removing blockers and co-ordinating with other productteams and key stakeholders.
    • Maintain high credibility and deliverreal value by shipping product that make our users lives easier
    • Lead and coach Product Developers tobecome effective team members that ship valuable work.
    • Be able to lead a team offon-shore and off-shore resources including scrum master, developers,testers, and technical consultants.
    • Understand and support theroles and responsibilities of all team members, and hold peopleaccountable.
