- Track yearly new product launches.
- Lead weekly meetings including but not limited to the special fabrication request meeting.
- Coordinate periodic meetings with Habasit AG (Europe).
- Interact with key Habasit AG (Europe) personnel to keep track of trademark and compliance related applications.
- Help coordinate and support tradeshows.
- Support new and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and tracking from all sources.
- Prepare monthly marketing KPI reports.
- Manage marketing and internal surveys.
- Help Product Specialist team in multiple tasks including but not limited to part number setup and mass upload.
- Once the basics of the role are solidified, role may evolve into taking on responsibilities to simpler product lines.
- Any other tasks required to help support the Marketing and Technical Services department.
- Preferred Bachelors degree in marketing or similar degree
- Preferred 5 years of industrial experience related to belting and/or conveying products.
- Required Work inside office and travel in support of tradeshows; Travel requirement 10%
- Required Proactive project management and excellent organizational skills.
- Required Excellent interpersonal skills; practiced in public speaking and leading meetings.
- Required Proactive problem solver.
- Required Able to multitask & work well in a team.
- Required Competent with Microsoft Office: including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Required Customer and results oriented.
