- Assisting with the preparation of road surfaces for seal coat application, including cleaning, sweeping, and crack filling.
- Applying seal coat materials to road surfaces using various techniques and equipment.
- Operating equipment such as rollers, brooms, and hand tools.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the seal coat application.
- Assisting with traffic control and ensuring a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in road maintenance or construction is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to safety.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
