- Lead executive-level client engagement, including relationship management, contract negotiation, and complex deal structuring.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role within a commercial construction environment.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with executives, boards, and other high-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage at the executive level.
