    Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • System and Service Reliability: Design, implement, and manage reliable, scalable, and faulttolerant
    • systems and services to ensure high availability and performance.
    • Automation: Develop and maintain automated systems and tools for deployment, monitoring,
    • alerting, and incident response to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and
    • implement preventive measures to minimize the occurrence of incidents in the future.
    • Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize system and application
    • performance, and collaborate with software engineers to improve efficiency.
    • Monitoring and Alerting: Design and implement monitoring solutions to proactively detect and
    • resolve issues, set up appropriate alerts, and develop actionable insights.
    • Capacity Planning: Analyze system usage patterns, forecast future resource requirements, and
    • recommend scaling strategies to ensure optimal system performance.
    • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, ensure
    • systems are secure, and comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements,
    • conduct post-incident reviews, and drive initiatives to enhance reliability, availability, and
    • scalability.
    • Collaboration and Documentation: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, document
    • system designs, operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and share knowledge through
    • documentation and training sessions.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

    Travel Requirements

    Travel Requirements: Less than 25%

    Education

    Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    Experience

    1 Year Relevant experience in site reliability engineering, system administration, or software engineering in a large-scale production environment.

    Proven experience in a similar role, such as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Systems Engineer.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    • Strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and distributed systems.
    • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
    • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-ascode tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
    • Solid knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
    • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
    • Knowledge of security best practices, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
