- Creating and maintaining the technical strategy for Software Systems design including abstraction interfaces
- Evaluating new features impact on software system technical strategy and modify the strategy as necessary to accommodate feature growth
- Develop technical documents that detail strategic system features and interfaces
- Build and test prototypes to validate the technical strategy
- Experience building applications on Linux or Android is preferred
- Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products Highly self-motivated
- Basic understanding of ARXMLs and their application in Automotive
- Basic understanding of Cockpit and AD Software Architecture is preferred
- Hands on experience with model-based development tools such as MATLAB, PREEvision or Rhapsody
- Deep understanding of software systems design including resource modeling and software integration
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Experience with GreenHills, QNX or other embedded operating systems is preferred
- Understanding of software design, coding methods, programming principles and best practices
- Flexible and adaptable to learn and understand new technologies
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- College diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years equivalent work experience
