We are looking for a Director of Quality to join the OUAI team This role will report to the Vice President of Operations.

    The Director of Quality will lead all aspects of Quality Assurance for OUAI.

    This position is responsible for maintaining and elevating our commitment to delivering high-quality products.

    RequirementsWhat You'll Do:

    Manage Quality systems, overseeing implementation and effective execution Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure feedback systems support ongoing world-class quality Manage Customer Complaint Log diligently documenting all Alerts, NCR's, CAPA's and summary reporting Lead all Quality Alert investigations with urgency Facilitate Change Control Process from documentation through approval; collaborate with Product Development, Commercialization and other cross-functional departments Participate in Quarterly Business Review presenting Quality KPI data Conduct quarterly Site Assessment and present Vendor Scorecard results during Quarterly Business Review Maintain Product History Cards ensuring adherence to Product Specifications Partner with Product Development to ensure Bulk Master Standard and Self Release approvals are established and recertified, as needed Lead annual Product Specification Optimization implementing adjustments per Product Development and/or Quality feedback Oversee Component inspection process and implement Finished Good inspection protocol Partner with Package Engineering team to publish Component and Fill & Assembly Specifications Continue to build and recertify growing library of OUAI SOP's, Forms, LOG's and Work Instructions Conduct annual review of all Controlled Documents Lead annual Mock Recall exercise Conduct 'messy meetings' with leadership and cross-functional teams, as needed Lead New Site Assessments including required in-person site audits, as needed Partner with P&G/P&G Specialty Beauty teams, as needed Primary Quality contact for all co-manufacturers, component suppliers and 3PL's What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or other science/business-related field preferred Minimum 10+ years of Quality Assurance/Control experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and/or food industries Experience working at a co-manufacturing plant is preferred.

    Familiarity with MoCRA, ISO certifications, leading facility audits, and quality standards required to follow all necessary regulations Strong Root Cause and Corrective Action skills Strong facilitation, oral and written communications; ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization and with external partners Highly organized with an excellent problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize Collaborative with a proven ability to work cross functionally across multiple disciplines Domestic and International travel on an as-needed basis BenefitsAnnual Base Salary Range is $160,000
