We are currently seeking a highly skilled Payroll Management Specialist with expertise in SAP Payroll to join our client's dynamic team in Tampa.

Job Description:

As a Payroll Management Specialist (SAP), you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your primary focus will be on payroll management and leadership, specifically utilizing SAP Payroll systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in system implementation, integration, and data migration projects, while also providing advanced Excel support and leveraging Kronos experience for workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end payroll process using SAP Payroll systems.
• Collaborate with the global project team based in Hudson Yards NYC and Paris on system implementation and integration projects.
• Oversee data migration activities and ensure seamless transition to new systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Provide Kronos expertise for workforce management and scheduling optimization.
• Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Work closely with the payroll team in Tampa, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll management and leadership, with a focus on SAP Payroll systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience with system implementation, integration, and data migration projects.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Previous experience with Kronos or similar workforce management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must reside in the Tampa Bay Area and be willing to work in the office minimally 3 days per week, with the potential for increased office presence based on business needs.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $90.00 to $102.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
