    Description

    An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Omnichannel Operations Assistant (US) to join our Digital team in our New York Head Office.


    Key responsibilities:
    Overall

    Responsible for order fulfillment at the US store network to ensure that they are meeting their SLAs daily for orders.

    Own daily reporting daily Ship From Store order allocations and partner with retail for reallocations.
    Manage store manual orders and own correspondence between stores and warehouse.
    Responsible for the accuracy of international label creation, customs documents and the shipping process from SFS and outlying 3PL.
    Monitor open orders, stock discrepancies, and transfer process to ensure stock integrity.
    Conduct fraud checks and monitor case management on a daily basis.
    Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to prevent current or future exposure for Zimmermann Digital.
    Support Client Services with adhoc requests for client escalations and exceptions.

    Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks including but not limited to organizing client accommodations, liaising with Retail and B&P partners for store events or gifting initiatives.

    Returns
    Accurately manage the processing of all returns within SLA.
    Investigate and resolve any damages within the return window.

    Participating in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.

    Co-operating with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.
    Taking reasonable care to ensure your own health and safety and that of others
    Reporting any injury, hazard or illness immediately, where practical to Human Resources or a supervisor.
    Not placing others at risk by any act or omission.
    Not willfully or recklessly interfering with safety equipment.

    Skills and Specifications:
    Logistics, Supply chain and Payment tender software experience – Apparel21. Warehouse management system WMS
    Analytical, with excellent follow through skills and high attention to detail
    Solid understanding of online retail and omnichannel operations
    Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment.
    Tertiary qualification in Retail, Operations, Business or related fields
    1-2 years in a similar position
