Description

PrideStaff, a national staffing company, is seeking an experienced general warehouse worker.

We have several clients in the southern Birmingham area that are looking to add experienced warehouse workers to their teams.

This position is responsible for set up and operation in a production environment.

Candidate will have the opportunity to operate equipment and produce output in a safe and efficient manner according to established specifications and procedures.

ResponsibilitiesOperating the production machinery.

Set-up, loading, starting, adjusting process variables, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and properly shutting down process equipment in accordance with published production schedules and product specifications.

.Responsible for following prescribed methods for machine operation ensuring the highest level of machine efficiency and product yield.

Performing duties in a safe/responsible manner and in accordance with company policy, inclusive of maintaining general work area cleanliness and orderliness.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Requirements:
Recent and relevant CNC machine operating experience Must be able to read a tape measureAssembly experience a plusMust have a positive attitude, a passion to work hard individually and as a team member, and ability to show up on time dailyMust be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pmTemporary to hire$14/hr
