Johnson Electric is a leading global organization in Manufacturing.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Information Technology to lead our IT operations in the Americas region.

As the Director of IT, you will play a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless IT services across the region.

Your Responsibilities Would Be:
Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas region, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives.

Lead a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff, ensuring high performance and employee development.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, evaluate solutions, and implement best practices.

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.

Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.

Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, data analytics, and automation.

Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on technology trends and opportunities.

Define performance KPIs and metrics, and conduce regular reviews to track performance.


Our Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT projects and teams.

Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and change.
