    Internal Medicine physician employment opportunity in Texas:

    Our client is looking for a primary care physician (FM or IM) for an advanced primary care clinic in Corpus Christi, TX. This position is perfect for a physician seeking a chance to focus on practicing medicine without production-based pressure. The role allows for significant impact on patients' lives and the healthcare landscape. If you're ready to prioritize people over quotas and well-being over billing, this is the chance you've been waiting for.

    Key Highlights:

    • Manage 10-15 patients per day with 30-60 minutes per appointment
    • Predictable work week with limited phone call responsibilities and no weekend shifts
    • Minimal administrative tasks - no billing or coding required
    • Receive support from additional staff for program implementation and employee coaching

    Benefits:

    • $250,000-$260,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) with a 6% quality bonus
    • $20,000 Sign-on bonus

    Education/Experience:
