    Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

    Job Description:
    We are looking for an early childhood educator who is able to display strong communication skills and a kind and gentle demeanor when interacting with children ages 3-4. The ECE must be able display patience and use kinesthetic, tactile, visual, and auditory means to interact and engage with children.

    ECE Responsibilities:

    · Teach and follow a daily routine.

    · Adapt the program to suit the needs of the individual child or group.

    · Consistently plan innovative ways of keeping children actively engaged.

    · Impart knowledge to children through the use of communication, language, and literacy.

    · Ensure the social and emotional growth of children.

    · Address the physical and cognitive developmental needs of the individual child or group.

    · Compose reports.

    · Meet with Director on a regular basis.

    · Adhere to the guidelines of the state.

    ECE Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.

    · Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field.

    · Ability to exercise patience when interacting with children.

    · A caring approachable nature.

    · Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff

    · Must be trust-worthy and willing to provide a safe engaging experience for children.


    ECE positions are part-time. Must be willing to work mornings, afternoons, and some weekends.

    Salary: $13 to $15 per hour
