- Assists residents with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming dressing/undressing obtaining recording vital signs providing psychosocial support other personal care.
- Aids providers nursing staff members procedures needed documents interactions outcomes related resident care behavior activity dietary communicates changing condition/care concerns/responses charge nurse collects non-invasive body fluid specimens gathers vital signs provides housekeeping laundry services assists residents keeping living areas clean operational participates wellness recreational programs encourages participation departmentalorganization committees task forces when necessary.<p>Maintains CNA training certification records continuing education credits annually maintains required certifications certified registered Unlicensed Assistive Person UAP Registry facility requirements categorized Sanford Category II Driver requires motor vehicle report proof valid drivers license medically qualified perform essential driving functions position accordingeaders request.</div>
