Good people skills
Serving & Bartending experience preferred
Experience managing FOH employees
Experience working in a senior dining environment is preferred
Successful management experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate team positively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Efficient business etiquette and client relations skills
Eager to learn through training
Reliable Transportation
Must have or be able to obtain current certifications and licenses required by local, state, and/or Federal guidelines for food production management.
