    Job Summary

    This role involves interacting with customers to complete transactions, cross-selling products and services, resolving problems, and supporting personal bankers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform teller duties, organizing and balancing cash daily to maintain accurate transactions.
    • Support personal bankers, opening accounts, verifying changes, and resolving account problems.
    • Attract and retain customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and promoting Nicolet products and services.
    • Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and security procedures to prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with night depository duties, including logging bags and processing deposits.
    • Promote Nicolet products and services through community events and organizations.
    • Maintain vault balances and order cash for the branch.
    • Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 1+ years of cash handling experience.
