    Innovative Processes:
    Be at the forefront of innovative warehouse processes. Collaborate with the Maintenance Planners to streamline part and material staging for scheduled work orders, ensuring maximum efficiency.

    Your Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and guide warehouse operations through direct supervision, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

    Safety & Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

    Efficient Inventory Management:


    Oversee proper receiving, inspection, inventorying, and storage of materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels and adherence to FIFO and cycle count procedures.


    Strategic Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance Planners and Site Procurement Managers, to optimize processes and support manufacturing operations.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance warehouse efficiency and effectiveness.

    Qualifications:

    Experience:
    Bring 10 years of progressive warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.

    Technical Proficiency:
    Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP Procurement & Inventory Management modules, with JDE experience preferred.

    Communication & Leadership:


    Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement training plans that support knowledge transfer.


    Adaptability:
    Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $50, $150,000.00 per year

    8 hour shift
    Monday to Friday

    Experience:
    Warehouse Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

    Chemical / Refinery: 1 year (Preferred)

    Ability to Relocate:

    El Dorado, AR:
    Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Required)
