    Job Summary

    Oversee various projects to support the success of the Finance Department

    Lead the planning and implementation of accounting/Finance projects
    Develop long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
    Prepare and present the workflow of any projects as needed
    Act as a bridge between senior staff and the people who are responsible for the execution of the projects
    Serve as the point of contact on all Finance projects
    Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project
    Support Ad-hoc requests
    Partner with Senior Finance Dept staff to ensure adherence to plan/forecast financials
    Provide analysis support for leadership to drive and improve decision making
    Partner/collaborate with Finance team on various projects
    Act as a liaison between the Finance Department and any external departments and/or companies that are required to complete projects
    Perform regular quality control analysis on projects to ensure that all standards are met
    Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned
    Bachelor of Science or higher degree in accounting or finance
    5 years of experience in the planning and implementation of accounting projects
    Experience in not-for-profit accounting preferrable
    Highly organized and detail-oriented
    High proficiency in Microsoft Office Software certification is preferable
    Good problem-solving and time management skills
    Ability to define projects' scope, goals, deliverables, and tasks
    Ability to understand the flow of transactions
    Ability to work under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines
    Self-driven, proactive, and quick learner
    Continuous improvement of mindset and strong analytical skills
    Experience with Great Plains Dynamic helpful but not essential
    Strong analytical interpersonal skills
    Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees

    Salary Range $105,000.00 to $115,000.00
