As the LPN Nurse Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and support to our nursing staff during the evening hours. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a state-of-the-art facility that prioritizes both quality care and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise nursing staff during then night shift, ensuring that care is delivered with compassion, professionalism, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform treatments as needed, maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice.
Act as a resource for staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to promote continuous professional development.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Indiana.
Proven experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting, with a strong understanding of geriatric nursing principles.
Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership potential, with a commitment to excellence in care delivery and staff development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
