• Duration of assignment: 13 week

• Reason for opening: Vacant

• Facility Setting? Acute Rehab, Med Surg, OP

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, they will travel to two other facilities that are 53 miles away one direction.

• Number of beds in your facility? ARU is a 10 bed unit, Med Surg is around 35.

• Preferred experience level? Prefer bedside swallow study experience. Barium swallow is also a bonus.

• EMR for your facility: Epic

• Scrub colors / dress code: Any color is ok.

• Parking Location: Across the street from the hospital on the east or west side in a lot. No parking garage here.

• What is the work schedule for this position? Flexible, 8-5 preferred Mon-Fri.
