    Job Summary:
    Assumes responsibility for troubleshooting issues and resolving technical issues. Responsible for software development.

    Leads projects ranging from simple maintenance to complex design and development of multiple applications which interact with each other and may cross hardware platforms and entities.

    Independently analyzes requests/problems and provides clear specifications for programming.


    Job Requirements:

    Education and Work Experience:
    Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: RequiredBachelor's Degree: Preferred

    Essential Functions:
    Maintains and develops routine software in a product team environment. Analyzes user requests/specifications. Maintains/develops software to meet user requests/specifications. Utilizes established standards for systems design, coding, documentation and distribution. Tests and beta tests software per release checklist guidelines. Assists the documentation team with development of installation work plans. Assists with the general installation of the software.
    Supports users by providing third-level (technical) support.
    Assists the education/documentation team with development of end user documentation, training material and assistance tools.
    Identifies potential areas where policies/procedures require development or change.
    Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
