- Assist with the development and documentation of training materials, user manuals, and standard operating procedures to later establish as the standard templates of work.
- Execute specified project objectives and tasks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and other resources as needed.
- Aid in the development of project schedules, plans, and processes as per company standards.
- Contribute to the IT and UC Team operations by facilitating order requests, vendor invoicing, and other administrative work for the department as needed.
- Work closely with business counterparts to identify IT/UC Dept solutions in business functional areas.
- Analyzes IT product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems, shortages and improve inventory control.
- Networks, databases, telecommunications, and other technology, including configuration and support of telephone and video conferencing systems; network device configuration and troubleshooting; and knowledge of various wiring infrastructure types and components. UPS monitoring.
