- Taking inbound phone calls for newly sold policyholders and completing a review of all policy documents and e-signature expectations.
- Process policy corrections as needed.
- Service existing client's policies.
- Making outbound calls to customers for policy related needs and customer inquiries.
- Data tracking of all Retention and VIP activity.
- Agent assistance - answering questions and completing requests.
- Monitoring of recorded sales calls and accurately scoring these calls for Quality Assurance reporting and Sales Agent feedback.
- Following up with underwriting departments to ensure policy is issued.
- Cross Sell / Rewrite policies as needed.
- Interact with mortgage and insurance carriers to ensure payment is received in a timely manner.
- Track trends to ensure proper feedback is provided to the sales team.
- Follow up with clients at renewal to ensure client retention.
