- Deliver virtual and on-site instruction in core subjects including Math, English Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies.
- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive educational experience.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
- Preferably, at least two years of experience in teaching within a general education setting.
- Virtual teaching experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and working with students with disabilities is a plus.
- Valid Delaware Teaching Certificate is required.
- A Master's degree in Education or related field is preferred.
- Full-time position, 37.50 hours per week, for the academic year.
- On-site and virtual teaching responsibilities (voco).
- Multiple openings available for the upcoming school year.
- Interviews will be conducted in May for positions starting in the school year.
