The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) is the main point of contact between the BELFOR Franchise Group home office and the franchise owners, responsible for supporting franchisees for anything related to their franchise operations. In partnership, FBCs work to understand areas of opportunities in sales, profitability, branding and operations to help identify improvement plans and recommendations to be able to drive results and meet goals.

In addition to Coaching responsibilities, the employee will also be responsible for presenting technical training for franchise owners in the Ann Arbor office. Training is offered multiple times throughout the year

Job Description and Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively support franchisees as the franchisees' primary point of contact to Home Office
• Coordinate and lead regular business reviews with assigned franchise owners. These reviews will cover business performance, marketing and sales, new opportunities, and any other relevant topics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, to provide strategic business support, coaching, and business development.
• Willing to learn and support various business operating systems such as the field management software, QuickBooks, Google Suite, Microsoft Office and other software systems that support our franchisees' businesses.
• Lead analytical discussions with franchisees on financial and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and improve business performance.
• Make regular in-person visits to assigned franchisees to further build relationships, become familiar with their territories, provide guidance on operations and business development.
• Collaborate with DUCTZ home office and BFG internal team to plan, coordinate, and manage the Annual Convention, Regional Meetings, training events, and other company events.
• Coordinate activities to build relationships and trust between DUCTZ franchisees, BELFOR Property Restoration and franchisees of other BFG brands.
• Participate in new franchisee onboarding processes, including Meet the Team Days (MTTD) and training.
• Provide support to the Brand President, fellow business coaches and Franchise Development Operations as needed.
• Available to travel approximately 25-50% of the time to meet with franchisees in person, attend internal meetings and attend industry events.
• Train new and existing franchisees and their staff in the operations of air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and IAQ cleaning methods and equipment.
• Maintain vendor relationships for new equipment and methods.
• Maintain vehicle vendor relationships - sourcing, orders, inventory and upfit requirements.

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business, industry, or system experience is required.
• Knowledge of IAQ, duct cleaning and HVAC operations.
