    Seeking Experienced LPNs for Regional Float Pool Position


    A dynamic opportunity has arisen within our healthcare organization to recruit highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Regional Float Pool team. As a valued member of this pool, you will have the chance to work in various settings across multiple hospitals, developing your clinical expertise and collaborating with diverse teams.



    About the Role


    • This is a full-time position working night shifts

    The successful candidate will possess excellent assessment and communication skills, be able to think critically and make informed decisions in practice.

    Key responsibilities of the role include:

    - Providing high-quality nursing care that meets the needs of adult/geriatric patients

    - Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
