- Administers medications and treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, oxygen, etc.
- Responsible for the Unit and supervising/assisting with resident care associates
- Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

- Interfaces with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
- Assists in move ins and move outs
- Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.

Arbol Residences Santa Rosa is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Resident Care Associates.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Charge Nurse is an LVN responsible for the overall nursing care/service on their shift, working with medication technicians and health and wellness team, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated.
