We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating road construction projects, with a strong emphasis on highway interchanges, drainage systems, roads, and bridges.

The Senior Civil Estimator will work under the direct supervision of the Area Manager and will be responsible for performing essential functions related to estimating.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
**Use 7+ years of road construction estimating experience, particularly with Florida DOT projects.

**Produce accurate estimates ranging from $5,000 to $50 million based on conceptual and schematic drawings.

**Develop detailed, final contract estimates while assessing site exposures and construction risks.

**Identify constructability issues and propose value-engineering alternatives during the estimating process.

**Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid Software and AGTEK 4D is advantageous.

**Perform other duties as assigned.

**Bachelor"s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

**Minimum of 7 years of experience in the road construction industry, with a demonstrated expertise in bidding. 10 years of experience is preferred.

**Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory estimating position.

**Strong proficiency in using take-off, estimating, and construction accounting software.

**Possession of a valid Florida driver"s license with a satisfactory driving record.

**Experience with HCSS Preferred
