Job summary
The housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the apartment community's office model amenities common areas and apartments when applicable. The job involves general cleaning of common building hallways vacuuming carpet removing cobwebs picking up trash wiping off or attempting to remove markings on wall board reporting burned out light bulbs or personal property left monthly cleaning of light fixtures signs window treatments glass sills baseboards vents stair banisters and removal of outdated bulletin board messages.Scheduling
Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime weekends and some holidays as well as some afterhours resident events.Job description
