    Description


    Establish the company's Human Resources and development for the tactical/operational short, medium and long-term plans (5-10 years) by defining the Asia Human Resources programs.

    Provide strong Human Resources oversight in all areas connected to the company's direction and Human Capital Strategy (HRBP Model, HR Strategy, HR Operations, Project Management etc)
    Translate the business unit Human Resources strategic directions into concrete objectives for the Asia region.

    Create policies, processes and programs from the objectives set by the Global HR Vice President and taking recommendations from the Asia Regional Leaders other business partners and collaborators and in coordination with Human Resources Directors / Managers in other regions.

    Adhere to the company's compliance in the Asia Region.
    Develop the company's HR internationalization in line with global objectives.

    Lead, coach and manage the regional Human Resources team with respect to managing the performance and development of the entire Regional HR division in the region.

    This includes developing and defining the strategic evolution and succession plan of the HR team members in the region while aligning their tactical missions.

    Further develop the organization for the Asia region in line with business needs, priorities and specific challenges of the business region.

    Play the role of lead project manager in some key HR projects necessary for the architecture and deployment of the Human Resources model with a Business Unit scope, and in close coordination with peers and colleagues from other regions.

    Accompany Directors and Managers in their HR decisions (recruitment, termination, performance appraisal, promotion, conflict, ER, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions, and provide support in the development of their teams (recruitment, career management, organizational development and restructuring efforts).

    Develop and maintain the Human Resources budget for the region, planning, controlling and monitoring accordingly.
