- Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between the building contractor, installation contractor, OEMs, and the project management team for all matters related to installation activities.
- Coordinate closely with the building contractor, installation contractor, and OEMs to ensure alignment of installation activities with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team, subcontractors, and installation crews to ensure efficient and effective execution of installation activities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in installation activities, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Monitor progress and performance of installation activities, identifying and addressing any obstacles or challenges that may arise to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines related to installation activities, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within approved constraints.
- Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in installation activities
- Serve as a resource for installation personnel, providing guidance, support, and expertise as needed to facilitate successful installation outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience (or equivalent working knowledge/experience) on construction related project
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend contract documents
- Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and materials
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
- Experienced in construction of large manufacturing facilities preferred
- Background in construction management, architecture, or engineering fields.
- Professional Engineering License a plus
