- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering Technology or Associate Degree in stated fields and three years of industrial work experience or Advanced Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate and five years of industrial work experience.
- Considerable experience collaborating with associates at all levels of an organization.
- Strong ability to engage with business and industry professionals in the Northeast district to ensure training material remains up-to-date with business requirements.
- Provide assistance for Certified Production Technician and Multi-skilled Maintenance Technician Certificate programs, including training, mentoring, overseeing projects, and aiding participants.
- Collaborate with Career Technical Degree Programs for mutual enhancement of both programs.
- Maintain precise and timely records for class schedules, training materials, and student enrollment.
- Utilize training simulators (provided) and expertise to enhance manufacturing and maintenance skills in areas such as:
- Blueprint Reading
- Advanced Manufacturing Principles
